  • Pectinase 75g
    Pectinase breaks down the pectins in fruit, releasing juice and flavour and enhancing yield.

    It is used primarily in fruit and white wine making.

  • Wine Nutrient
    Wine Nutrient supports yeast health to achieve an clean fermentation, free from residual sugar. Can also be used to restart stuck fermentations.

    Helps sluggish musts and worts to fast and complete fermentation.

    For low fruit & concentrate table wines (rapid fermentation) use 24g to 30g per 23L.

  • Wine Stabiliser - Potassium Sorbate
    Wine Stabiliser (Potassium Sorbate) is used to stop secondary fermentation in wine.

    Add ½ a teaspoon per 5 litres to the wine, after treating with a campden tablet.

  • Tannin 25g
    Tannin powder from chestnut origin. Used to add flavour, mouthfeel, character and astringency to wine.

    Use 5g per 100L and then taste before adding extra in increments of 5g

  • Tartaric Acid 100g
    Used to increase acid in wine.

    Add 1 teaspoon per 5 litres as required.

  • Citric Acid 100g
    Used to adjust the mouthfeel in fruit wines.

    Also used to remove oxides off copper parts of distilling equipment

    Used to increase acid in wine.

    Add 1 teaspoon per 5 litres as required.

  • Campden Tablets (approx 50)
    Campden Tablets are used for sterilising and stabilising wine. Use 1-2 tablets per 5L of wine or must. Used for stabilising wine alongside Potassium Sorbate.

    Also helps the removal of the chlorine from your water before you brew.

  • A clay base product used to help drop out sediments in wines. Add to must before pitching yeast.
