  • Mint and Cucumber Sour 19L
Cucumber adds a bright cucumber/green melon flavour to this Berliner Weisse. And the addition of mint adds a freshness that works so well.
This beer works amazingly when paired with a roast lamb dish. The mint and cucumber sour reminds me of fresh home made mint sauce. And a sour beer always works to cut through the fat of roast meat. It’s a winner.

  • Black Doris Creme Sour - 19L
This recipe was provided by Chris Nelson and has been made in several versions with different fruit in each - and all have turned out great.
Using Philly Sour yeast removes the need to kettle sour and there is no need to add Lacto post ferment. Enjoy!

With the change in seasons heading into autumn, Amber Ales are a welcome change. A little sweeter in malt character but still having come lovely citrus and tropical fruit hop taste and aroma.

  • 2 Faced - East Coast Hazy IPA
2 Faced is one grain bill and hop schedule that you can make either an East Coast Hazy IPA or a clear West Coast IPA just by changing the yeast. It really is two faced! Both recipes are published as separate recipes.

  • Lemon Saison Extract Kit
A great beer to make in the spring for summer drinking.
Dry finishing with a nice balance between the spiciness character from the Saison yeast and the citrus from the hops and zest. A great sessionable beer. Approx ABV 4.8%
