Beer Recipes: November 2023

Terminus Fermentum is our champion IPA Gladiator. Heavily hopped late, to give Passionfruit, Peach and Citrus aromas and a cheeky little spice on the mouth from a small amount of Rye. A true champion!

In 2016, this Pale Ale was entered the American Homebrew Association's National Homebrew Competition and took home first place in the San Diego First Round. The brewers were none other than Jared Veldheer, the ‘offensive tackle’ for the NFL Arizona Cardinals.

This IPA recipe uses an Amarillo and Citra hop blend....roughly 2 to 1 ratio. The result is a lovely fruity flavour, with an awesome grapefruit tang. There are several versions of this online but this is my favourite.
