2 Faced is one grain bill and hop schedule that you can make either an East Coast Hazy IPA or a clear West Coast IPA just by changing the yeast. It really is two faced! Both recipes are published as separate recipes.

With Mosaic and Citra in short supply late in the season we went hunting for a new Hazy recipe that wasn't using these hops. We found a great recipe out of Chicago in the USA and we tweeked this to fit available malts here in NZ.

Four amazing hops make up this juicy, hazy APA. Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Simcoe. The juicy tropical fruit flavours dance with the full bodied malt bill to create one stunning and memorable beer. Enjoy a couple of glasses and you'll know you're in for a good night!
