  • Irish Export Stout
    Here's an Irish Export Stout with a twist. Many Irish migrants settled in America so we put USA hops on a traditional Export Stout recipe. Chinook and Amarillo hops when dry hopped together give a subtle orange note which works so well with the chocolate and spicey malt bill. Enjoy

  • Summer Harvest Pale Ale (All Grain)
    A new Summer Drop using the new Hort 4337 Trial Hop and Pacifica.
    These two hops work well together. Expect aromas of tropical fruit and stonefruit (pineapple, nectarine, passionfruit and citrus) and a subtle orange marmalade flavour from the Pacifica Hops.

    With Mosaic and Citra in short supply late in the season we went hunting for a new Hazy recipe that wasn't using these hops. We found a great recipe out of Chicago in the USA and we tweeked this to fit available malts here in NZ.
