340g Carapils

90g Chocolate

 

25g Chinook (Boiled 60 Min)

50g Cascade (Boiled 30 min)

25g Cascade (Flameout 80 degrees C for 15 min)

25g Centennial (Flameout 80 degrees C for 15 min)

25g Cascade (Dry Hop on day 5 for 3 day)

25g Centennial (Dry Hop on day 5 for 3 day)

 

1 teaspoon irish moss in last 10 min of boil

 

2x  Safale 05

Process

Mash at 65 degrees C for 1 hour

Sparge to 26L pre-boil

Ferment at 18 degrees raising to 21 degrees for at least 2 days
