500g NZ Munich
300g Rolled Oats
250g Toffee Malt
250 Torrified Wheat
150g Carafa 1
HOPS
10g Pacific Gem (boil 60 min)
20g Nelson Sauvin (boil 30 min)
25g Mosaic (boil 10 min)
40g Nelson Sauvin (flameout 80 degrees for 15 min)
40g Mosaic (flameout 80 degrees for 15 min)
25g Mosaic (dryhop for 3 day)
25g Nelson Sauvin (dryhop for 3 days)
YEAST
M44 West Coast Ale or WLP001 California Ale
INSTRUCTIONS AND SPECS
Mash at 65 degrees C for 60 min
Boil 1 hour with hop additions as per recipe
Ferment at 18 degrees rising to 20 degrees to complete.
