Brewers Coop is Moving

At 1pm on Saturday 17^th February, our Brewers Coop Retail Shop in Penrose is permanently closing.  

With our lease expiring and the building currently being on the market, it was time to review our Brewers Coop Operation.  

But the Brewers Coop brand isn’t closing…..It’s just changing.

Where is Brewers Coop Moving to?

We are moving to Pakuranga (about 10 minutes' drive from our Penrose location).  

With this move we are going to run a similar model that served us well during the Covic lockdowns, allowing us to keep all our brewing customers in stock for their beer, wine and spirit supplies. 

This change will mean you can place orders with us either:

·        On the Brewers Coop Website; or

·        Via Email; or

·        Via Phone

Your order can be couriered to you, or you can collect it from our new location at the pickup time for that day.  If that time range doesn’t suit, then you can let us know and we will arrange a suitable alternative time for you to collect. 

From Monday 19th Feb, we will be operating from our new location.  When we receive your order, we will get it ready and either email or phone you when it is ready to collect at the pickup time for the day. We will send you the pickup address at that time.

What’s changed?

We won’t be available for walk in customers unless a suitable time is arranged prior.  That way we can focus on getting orders out for the courier and pick up deadlines first.  We also may need to shoot away to source and pick up new stock, so we don’t want people turning up when nobody is here to help.

But we appreciate some people have brewing questions and want advice or want us to give you help choosing the right product. So, we are happy to sit down and chat, but please phone or email and arrange a suitable time so we can make sure we are available to meet with you. 

What hasn’t changed?

While our location is changing, our Phone Number, Email, Facebook profile and our Web Address won’t change.

So mostly its business as normal.

Stock?

We have run the stock right down, so we don’t have to move too much from Penrose to Pakuranga.  So, you will see stock become back available on our website very soon as it arrives at our new location.  Some items we will not hold onsite but will order in as needed, so if you can’t see it in-stock on our website then please email or call and we can arrange to get it in for you.

Loyalty Points

Don’t worry your points move with us.  Nothing changes with your Loyalty Points.

Exciting times ahead for Brewers Coop

Change can be disruptive, but we know this is the right decision for us moving ahead.  The next two weeks are a big challenge for us but it's all going to be worth it.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by our move.  Brewers Coop is committed to continuing to supply our customers in the East, South and Central Auckland region (and those outside of Auckland too) with your brewing supplies.

Specials

Watch out for our March specials.  We all need an excuse to celebrate our move, so we have some specials planned to say thanks for putting up with the disruptions involved with our move.  More details in a couple of weeks.
