A banging beer with Citra and Centennial hops making this hoppy citrussy beer a classic!    Expect Citrus, Soft Pine, Grapefruit, Lime and hints of Tropical Fruit. Makes 23L

MALT

2kg  Pale Ale

2kg  Pilsner

400g  Vienna

400g  Gladiator

300g  Light Crystal

HOPS

8g each of Centennial and Citra  (60 min)

7g each of Centennial and Citra (20 min)

10g each of Centennial and Citra (10 min)

25g  each of Centennial and Citra (flameout at 80 degrees)

25g each of Centennial and Citra (Dry hopped)

3g Koppa Flok in last 10 min of boil

YEAST

Safale 05 or Bry 97 Ale yeast

DIRECTIONS

Mash at 66 degrees C for 60 minutes.

60 min boil with hop additions as in ingredient list.  Koppaflok added in last 10 minutes.

Ferment at 20 degrees C.  Dry hop for 3 days as fermentation nears completion.
