This Fermented Vegetable Culture is a freeze dried mixed strain culture containing:
Lactoccus lactis subsp. cremoris
Lactoccus lactis subsp.lactis
Lactoccus lactis subsp. diacetylactis
This is great to use when making Sauerkraut, Kimchi or other fermented vegetables with your Mad Millie Fermenting Crock. This provides a faster more reliable fermentation.
A pack has 5 sachets, each sachet treats approximately 2 kg of vegetables.
Note: culture contains dairy.
This culture lasts out of the freezer (at room temperature) for 6 months so will be fine during postage. However, we suggest storing them in the freezer as soon as you get them in order to prolong their life.
