First add 21 litres of water at 35C to your fermenter.
Then add 6kgs of sugar (or dextrose) and mix well until completely dissolved.
Finally mix the contents of this sachet.
Leave in 20-30C, best is 25C.
Ready in 24 hours (if .990 reading achieved)
