Dark-brown, sweet and aromatic kernels, contributing dark-amber to deep-copper colour to finished beer. Adds mouth-feel as well as rich malt notes. Very intense, complex, raisin and dried fruit and bread crust flavours. Use up to 5% of total grain bill for pale beers, up to 15% for dark beers.
