Fresh Wort Consequences Lager
Very pale in colour, light and clean, little to no malt aroma, hop flavour or yeast character. Moderate bitterness with a very dry and crisp finish

A freshly brewed high gravity wort kit. Just add 5 Litres water, yeast and ferment to make 20Litres of fresh Wort.

Ferment with Saflager 34/70 or Saflager S23 if you can brew at 12-15 degrees C. Alternatively brew 18-20 degrees with Mangrove Jacks California Lager yeast.
