12g  Pacific Jade (Boil 60 minutes)

12g Citra (Boil 10 minutes)

12g El Dorado (Boil 10 minutes)

12g Simcoe (Boil 10 minutes)

 

20g Citra (Whirlpool 80 degrees C for 15 minutes)

20g El Dorado (Whirlpool 80 degrees C for 15 minutes)

20g Simcoe (Whirlpool 80 degrees C for 15 minutes)

 

20g Citra (Dry Hop when pitching yeast)

20g El Dorado (Dry Hop when pitching yeast)

20g Simcoe (Dry Hop when pitching yeast)

 

30g Citra (Dry Hop on day 4-5 and leave in for 3 days)

30g El Dorado (Dry Hop on day 4-5 and leave in for 3 days)

30g Simcoe (Dry Hop on day 4-5 and leave in for 3 days)

 

Yeast

Lallemand New England  East Coast Ale yeast

Instructions

Mash at 65 degrees C for 1 hour.  (Mash out 75 degrees if you wish)

60 min boil with hop additions as in ingredients list.
