900g UK Amber or Biscuit

300g Weyermanns Abbey Malt

300g Med Crystal

150g Dark Crystal

120g Chocolate Malt

 

HOPS

25g Target or Nugget 60 min

25g Fuggles 20 min

25g Fuggles 5 min

 

YEAST

Nottingham English Ale

INSTRUCTIONS

Mash at 68 degrees for a full bodied beer.  60 minute boil with hop additions as in recipe.  Enjoy!
