HOPS

All Falconers Flight, they are great for bittering and aroma. Use 20g @ 60min, 40, 30, 20, 10, and flameout (0 minutes).

75g @ Dry hop on Day 4

YEAST

BRY-97 West Coast American Ale

BREWDAY

Mash at 65 degrees C for 60 min

Mash-out at 75 degrees for 10 minutes

60 minute boil with above hop additions
